ISOBEL GRACE MASON
Fifteen Female Heterosexual Fifth Ravenclaw 9.5 Inch Rosewood Unicorn Hair Springy Emmy Rossum |
KIND | SMART | HOPEFUL | CREATIVE |
Appearance
Isobel is that girl you see wearing big fuzzy sweaters in the cool air-conditioning on a sweltering summer day. Of course, she can’t always wear sweaters, unless she wanted to die of heat stroke, so she settles for summery dresses. If it has a floral pattern, she’ll wear it.
She stands at a short height, with soft, pale features that frame her doe-like deep brown eyes. She has chocolate brown hair that naturally curls on its own and can be a horrid mess in the morning. Not that she really cares, she cares for her appearance, but she figures if somebody doesn’t love her hair for how it is then they don’t deserve to be around her or her unruly hair.
Despite doing her best to live a healthy lifestyle, she is not the most intimidating little bird out there. She has a bit of a little dog complex, where she feels like a furious Doberman, but she is a grumpy Yorkie.

Personality
Isobel isn’t what you’d call a dork, she’s simply oblivious to how someone should act out in public. What’s wrong with pretending curly fries are mustaches? She’s very easy to get along with because she likes relatively everybody, trying to see the good in everyone she meets. Even if it seems trivial at times. She surprisingly gets along with most Slytherin members, mainly because she doesn’t try to make herself seem smarter or mightier. And in most cases, she can hold her own against any insults they might throw.
She’s a bit of an optimist and likes to see the glass as half full rather than half empty. She enjoys reading and hot lemon tea in her free time, along with a few… hundred pounds of chocolate. She’s somewhat of a chocoholic. She blames her mother who introduced her to chocolate chip cookies when she was two, and she hasn’t been able to get enough sweets since then. Matching her personality, she is a sweet girl who simply wants to make friends and live a life of happiness and bliss.

History
As a young girl, Isobel was taught by her magic parents the importance of learning how to control her gifts properly and to use them for good. It was first nature to her that magic should never be used for unnecessary evil and has continued that way of thinking. She does everything she can to help others, that includes the nearby nature. From growing plants to birds with broken wings, she’s would always sneak her magic to help other living things. Her interests have led to wanting a career in Herbology, where she might be able to study and help treat plants, as well as some magical creatures.
Her mother died when she was three, of a horrible disease she’d picked up on one of her trips to the Amazon. She, like her father, had loved to travel, but this had been one trip too many. Isobel was then raised solely by her father, which was a task no man should have to endure. Fortunately, she’d gained the soft yet adventurous personality of her mother and listens to her father and does as he asks. She has always had respect for him and she always will, but what if some day she might want more? A life filled with not only books and learning new things, but a life of wonder and adventure. Something… spontaneous.
